ACQUISITION: G2 National acquires assets of KC Metal Products, Inc. of San Jose, CA. G2 National will expand KC Metals’ manufacturing by adding plants in Tempe, AZ and Meridian, MS.
New product development is underway and expected to be introduced in 2Q/2019.

KC Metal Products, Inc. has been known as a leading manufacturer of joist hangers and seismic ties and has historically offered a complete line of connectors and building hardware for concrete, steel stud, engineered wood products and wood construction.
KC Metals will continue to be “American Made” structural connecting hardware.
